Guidance And Conseling Principle

GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING PRINCIPLES

5. The principle of independence, the Guidance and Counseling to help so that learners can be independent or not depends on whether the supervisor or others.
6. The principle of activity, namely Guidance and Counselling must be able to help awaken students to try to do the activities needed to resolve the problem at hand.
7. The principle of dynamics, namely Guidance and Counselling should be able to help change and better able to self-renewal towards learners.
8. The integration principle, namely Guidance and Counselling should be able to integrate aspects of personality of students and the services performed.
9. The principle of normativity, the attempt Guidance and Counselling must be in accordance with prevailing norms, both religious norms, the norms of adaptation, or state legal norms, the norms of science, and norms of everyday habits.
10. Norma's expertise, the Guidance and Counseling is a professional service that needs to be done by experts who are specially trained to perform this task.

1. Principles relating to the individual / Learners

b. There are differences between individuals
Each learner has a unique ideal or typical, physically organized also the psychological, so that among the learners that there are always differences. Is obligatory for general educators and counselors in particular to pay attention and take into consideration individual differences in the implementation guidance.
c. Each individual wants to be himself
Consistent with the principle of individual differences among learners and basic principles of democracy, then every student wants to be himself. This desire is also in line with the personal traits that a lot is based on the traits of each.
d. Each learner (individual) has the urge to become mature.
Through stages in its development. Each learner has a strong drive to become mature, productive, and independent. Ability in question here, especially the psychological maturity, personal and social. In providing care, guidance officers must necessarily base their approaches on this drive and not the wishes or ideas, or ideas or ideals own special tutors.
e. Each individual has a problem and have the urge to solve the problem.
